COMMERCIAL
INTERIOR DESIGN
It is a well known fact that a thoughtfully designed office space increases the productivity of the company immensely. Also, a well-designed workspace not only meets the working requirements and set-ups, but also saves a lot on other factors, such as durability and maintenance. Space planning is becoming increasingly essential in sectors like hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, malls, showrooms, boutiques and so on. A lot of businesses depend on how clients perceive them; hence perfectly designed interiors can definitely make the first impression itself for the client, as the best impression.
The important part to understand is that unlike a residential space, a commercial space caters to all types of people. It has a wider out-reach; hence the designer should be sensitive to this fact. A clever commercial space makes the routine, way easier for its users. It remains transparent and yet its user feels productive and pleasant throughout the stay. We know this fact for sure and have been incorporating it in our commercial projects. The best designs have a lot of emphasis on including the immediate surroundings and preserving the local ecology. However, the final outlook of your space depends on how you want it to look like- we create our designs around it. Our services range from consultation to full work, including execution.
MODERN COMMERCIAL CONCEPTS
Modernism is all about simplicity, straight and smooth lines and finishes. It shuns excess and gives more importance to open spaces, neutral colours, abundant light and restricted furniture. The same statement can be seen in modern furnishings. Modern Interiors appeal to the masses because of the plain yet subtle attraction they seem to possess. In a modern interior, less is considered more.
Typically due to its simple design and ease of workmanship, modern interiors have been a popular commercial interior trend. Such an interior doesn’t take away the focus from intended purpose of the space, while maintaining comfort and balancing the feel. Neutral palettes tend to avoid emotional stimulation and the resulting atmosphere is more formal and professional. Common materials seen in Modern designs are leather, suede, steel, glass, concrete, (limited) wood, plastic, acrylic and metals. Soft furnishings generally restricted patterns, usually geometric or tend to do away with any type of design, thus appearing to be plain.
